Ken was extremely professional but didn’t over-professionalize the experience by being too serious. He gave the whole process a personal feel by being real with us and giving us the hard truth when needed. He also went way out of his way for us by driving to our house at 11 o’clock at night to let us in our house because a showing realtor accidentally locked us out. The only key to get in was the one in the lock box. He even had a new house key made for us when ANOTHER showing realtor dropped the key between the house foundation and the patio (point of no return). Our house was a house very unique to the area market which made it hard to sell and he got it done. He knew where and who he needed to connect with and market to to get it sold. He is a master negotiator and knows how to be aggressive with out throwing dignity and morals aside. He is a wonderful balance of everything that people need in a great realtor.
